Nickel Oxides
Green Nickel Oxide is an ultra high purity nickel oxide containing 78.5% nickel with total trace elements typically less than 50 ppm. It is used in a variety of electronic applications including ferrites, thermistors, varistors and solid oxide fuel cells. Three versions are available, ranging in size from 1 to 15 microns. Refractory Grade Nickel Oxide (RGNO) is a 75% nickel oxide used in inorganic color pigments such as nickel titanate yellow. Controlled Surface Area Nickel Oxide is produced by Novamet. Novamet custom tailors the surface area of Vale Inco Black Nickel Oxide for a variety of catalyst applications.
